Ben Salmon is a founding partner of AGP and the CEO of the business where he leads the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Ben brought together 25 years of experience in developing real assets, establishing and growing development platforms, and the successful delivery of renewable energy and real estate developments, starting with the establishment of Assetz Property Group in 2005. He ultimately consolidated all interests into AGP on its formation in 2018, including AMPYR Renewable Energy and AGP Digital (data centers).
Ben has deep experience working throughout the Asia Pacific region having been responsible for the successful delivery of over 20 million sqft of real estate developments in Australia, India, Japan and Korea. Today, Ben leads the global business, with 11 offices and investments in platforms that employee over 750 people.

Natalie is an experienced executive and lawyer with over 20 years in real estate governance, corporate operations and funds management. She leads AGP’s global strategic and operational functions, driving efficiency, growth and long-term value creation.
Before joining AGP, Natalie held senior leadership roles at LOGOS, Mirvac Group, Charter Hall Group and Macquarie Real Estate Capital, where she led corporate operations, strategic joint ventures, international expansion, capital raising and complex corporate transactions.

Jelte has over 20 years of experience in real estate, private equity and investment banking across global markets. At AGP, Jelte leads the company’s global real estate and digital strategies with a focus on long-term value creation.
Before joining AGP, Jelte was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Opportunistic Real Estate at Macquarie Asset Management, where he built and scaled Macquarie’s opportunistic real estate business worldwide.

Kate has over 20 years capital raising experience, with experience across funds management and investment banking, infrastructure and real estate, private and public markets.
At AGP, Kate is responsible for equity initiatives across the group, leading equity strategy, product development and the groups’ relationships with capital partners.
Before joining AGP, Kate was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate in the Client Solutions Group, at Macquarie Asset Management, where she led capital raising initiatives across Macquarie funds and its real estate platforms.

With over a decade of experience spanning development, funds management, and capital partnerships, Amneet has built a reputation for delivering high-performing industrial developments through strategic vision, disciplined execution, and deep industry relationships.
Prior to Veres, Amneet was Co-Founder of Elanor Investors Group’s Industrial & Logistics division, where he played a leading role in establishing the platform and driving its rapid growth – achieving over $320 million in equity and $700 million in assets under management within its first 12 months. Prior to this, Amneet was Fund Manager for LOGOS’ flagship develop-to-core mandate where he led the fund’s growth to ~$5 billion and delivered a strong pipeline of institutional-grade industrial developments across Australia.

As a former General Manager of LOGOS, Myron grew the Victoria, South Australia and West Australia region’s development pipeline to circa $4 billion on completion. The portfolio included securing the largest industrial development pre-lease transaction in the southern hemisphere and several other major transactions in the region.
Post his time at LOGOS, Myron was Co-Head of Industrial & Logistics at Elanor Investors Group where he played a leading role in creating $700m of development pipeline opportunities for the managed funds platform raising over $320m in the process.
Drawing on his past experience and roles, Myron now focuses on origination, building customer and capital relationships, managing developments and identifying strategic infill and last-mile opportunities.

Anthony has over 12 years of experience in property development and transactions. Prior to Veres, Anthony held senior roles at Elanor Investors and LOGOS leading high profile complex developments and subdivisions with end values over $3b including the southern hemisphere’s largest pre-lease. Prior to LOGOS, Anthony has held development and delivery roles at Frasers Property and Mirvac delivering major development and infrastructure projects.
Anthony now leads Veres’ Victorian development business assisting with the growth of the platform in Melbourne and Adelaide and managing development risk and delivering value for the customers, capital and the group.

With over seven years’ industrial property experience, including at ESR Australia, LOGOS and CBRE, Laureen has supported multiple developments, from feasibility, planning and authority approvals through to construction, delivery and leasing.
Laureen supports the development of our Australian portfolio.

Rex has over six years of diverse experience spanning real estate development, fund management, and investment management. He joins Veres following his role as Senior Analyst at CBRE Investment Management, Indirect Real Estate Strategy, where he oversaw a US$4.7 billion investment portfolio in APAC region across major property sectors. Prior to this, Rex was an Investment Analyst at The GPT Group, focused on supporting its multi-billion fund management platform. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds a master’s degree in Property.
With strong analytical skills and across-sector knowledge, Rex is focused on supporting Veres’ portfolio performance.

Matthew has over three years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Transactions. He joins Veres from Centennial Property Group, where he spent more than two years as an Analyst in the Capital Transactions and Development team. In this role, he was responsible for financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for acquisitions, divestments, and developments across the Australian Eastern Seaboard.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) and Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland.

Victoria
Veres, in partnership with INT.RE, is delivering a ~6.2ha strategic site on Southern Road, Mentone Victoria into a prime-grade ~30,000sqm multi-unit logistics park with flexible unit sizes. Ideally positioned in Melbourne’s premium south-eastern industrial corridor, the project offers excellent connectivity to the Principal Freight Network via Lower Dandenong Road, as well as major arterials including Nepean Highway, Mordialloc Freeway, Monash Freeway and Eastern Freeway.
